Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Triumph Academy ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and provide accurate information when registering.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person. No sharing accounts or credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our content, MCQs, or AI prompts.
  • Use the Service to cheat in actual exams or assessments.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security mechanisms.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
  • Use AI Mentor to generate content for academic dishonesty or to harass others.

5. AI-generated content

Plans, predictions, mentor responses, and feedback are generated by AI. They are educational guidance, not guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee any specific exam rank or career outcome. Always cross-check critical clinical information with verified textbooks and your faculty.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its UI, design, content library, MCQ banks, AI prompts, and the Career DNA framework — is owned by Triumph Academy. You retain ownership of content you submit (your answers, performance logs).

7. Subscriptions & payments

Paid packages auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the Service is materially defective.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triumph Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app.
