1. Who we are
Triumph Academy ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered dental career and exam-rank coaching platform for dental aspirants in India. This policy explains what data we collect and why.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, target exam, target rank.
- Performance data: mock scores, MCQ accuracy, weak topics, study time, streaks.
- Career DNA responses: assessment answers used to generate your career-fit report.
- Usage data: pages visited and features used (anonymized).
- AI-chat content: messages you send the AI Mentor, used only to serve responses.
3. How we use your data
- Personalize your daily plan, rank predictions, and AI mentor responses.
- Show your progress, streaks, and achievements.
- Improve product experience in aggregate, never identifying individuals.
- Send service emails (no marketing without explicit opt-in).
4. AI processing
We use AI models (currently Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway) to generate plans, feedback, and mentor chat. Your prompts and minimal context (name, target exam, streak) are sent to the model provider per request. We do not allow the provider to train on your data.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share with: (a) infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud for storage, Cloudflare for hosting); (b) AI providers strictly for inference; (c) law enforcement only where legally compelled.
6. Data security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Database access is governed by row-level security — you can only read and write your own records.
7. Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, export it, or delete your account at any time. Email us at support@triumphacademy.in to exercise any of these rights.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
9. Children
Triumph Academy is intended for users 17+ (the typical age of dental aspirants in India). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
10. Changes
We will notify you in-app of material changes. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
